The Eagle-Riverview Group was founded in 1999 by veteran real estate investor Mark Pastreich, who moved to New York City to Poughkeepsie. Mark brings with him over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate management and brokerage.
At present, Eagle-Riverview Group manages six properties in the downtown Business District of Poughkeepsie including its flagship 103,000 s.f. office building at One Civic Center Plaza.
