Eagle-Riverview Group is a leading real estate organization in the City of Poughkeepsie, New York. Our core business is the development and management of commercial and industrial space.

The Eagle-Riverview Group was founded in 1999 by veteran real estate investor Mark Pastreich, who moved to Poughkeepsie from New York City. Mark brings with him over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate management and brokerage.

Stephen Aronson, an architect from Montreal, Canada is an associate, providing in-house expertise in design and construction.

Lisa B. Aronson, a Real Estate Associate works in all facets of management with Mark Pastreich.

At present, Eagle-Riverview Group manages six properties in the downtown Center of Business District of Poughkeepsie including its flagship 103,000 s.f. office building at One Civic Center Plaza.
